“Ultimately, success is not measured by first place prizes. It is measured by the road we have traveled, how you dealt with the challenges and the stumbling blocks you encountered along the way.” Nicole Haislett

My Philosophies......
PHILOSOPHY 4 = SEEK BALANCE....Like ying and yang, high intensity strength & conditioning should be balanced out with low intensity restorative exercise. Examples include; yoga, qi gong and dynamic stretching.
Success Story
I have found the kettlebell classes both challenging and enjoyable. Working out with other competive types, eggs you on to work harder and improve your own performmance. I have found the training fresh and different. It is good for improving tone and burning fat and I have noticed a difference in the suppleness of my back and a range of other movement. Kettlebell training is good for the Core and the muscles down the back of the body which often don’t get challenged by working on fixed weight programmes.
