By using this website, purchasing a product, joining a programme, or booking coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase any services.

1. Who We Are

Ali Ramsay Coaching provides coaching services (including 1:1 and messenger-based coaching), digital products, AI coaching tools, audio wellness recordings (including subliminal and breathwork audio), courses, and related resources to support personal and professional development.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

We may update or change the website at any time.

3. Coaching Services

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to support personal growth, improved performance, and clarity.

What Coaching Is Not

You understand that:

- Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental or physical health conditions.

- You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

- If you are experiencing distress, crisis, or mental health difficulties, you agree to seek appropriate professional support.

4. Client Responsibilities

By purchasing coaching, you agree to:

- Be on time for sessions

- Participate fully and honestly

- Complete any agreed tasks or reflection exercises

- Communicate if you need to reschedule

-Understand that results depend on your own commitment and implementation

Coaching success is a partnership; we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes.

5. Booking, Payments & Cancellations (1:1 Coaching)

Payments

All payments are processed securely through FEA Create or approved payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered:

- You agree to make all instalments

- Missed payments may result in paused access or cancellation of services

Cancellations & Rescheduling

- You may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited

- No refunds are offered for change of mind once coaching has begun

Expiry of Sessions

Unused sessions expire after the timeframe stated in your programme agreement (typically 90 days unless otherwise specified).

5b. Messenger Coaching

Ali Ramsay Coaching offers coaching delivered asynchronously via private messenger (e.g., WhatsApp or a designated messaging platform), referred to as “Messenger Coaching.” This is a distinct format from scheduled 1:1 video or in-person coaching sessions.

How It Works

Messenger Coaching is delivered via text message, voice note, or a combination of both, within an agreed access period stated in your programme details. There are no scheduled sessions; instead, you send your thoughts, questions, or reflections, and I respond within the timeframe set out below.

Response Times

I aim to respond within 24 working hours, Monday to Friday — and in practice, normally much sooner. Responses are not provided on weekends or UK public holidays unless otherwise agreed.

Messenger Coaching does not constitute unlimited or on-demand access. It is a contained, intentional coaching relationship with clear boundaries.

What Is Not Included

Messenger Coaching is not appropriate for and does not include:

- Crisis support or emergency mental health intervention

- Medical, legal, or financial advice

- Out-of-hours or same-day responses as a standard expectation

- Forwarding of messages to third parties

Access Period & Expiry

Your Messenger Coaching access runs for the duration stated in your programme agreement. Messages sent outside this period cannot be guaranteed a response. Access is not transferable to another person.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once Messenger Coaching access has been granted, no refunds are offered. If you are unable to engage during your access period, we are unable to extend or transfer this as standard, though we may consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

6. Digital Products, Courses & Workshops

Instant Access

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because they are downloadable and accessible instantly: all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Course Access

If you purchase a self-paced course:

- You receive access for the duration stated on the sales page

- Sharing login details is not permitted

- We may revoke access if misuse is detected.

6a. Audio Wellness Products (Subliminal Recordings & Breathwork Audio)

Ali Ramsay Coaching offers subliminal audio recordings and guided breathwork recordings as part of its digital product range. By purchasing or accessing these products, you confirm that you have read and understood the following.

What These Products Are

Subliminal recordings contain audio designed to support positive mindset shifts and personal development through repeated listening. Guided breathwork recordings lead you through structured breathing techniques to support relaxation, focus, and emotional regulation.

These products are for personal wellness and development purposes only. They are not therapeutic, clinical, or medical in nature, and are not a substitute for professional mental health support, medical treatment, or therapeutic intervention.

Health & Safety — Please Read Before Use

You should not use breathwork recordings without first consulting your GP or a qualified medical professional if you:

- Are pregnant or breastfeeding

- Have a heart condition or cardiovascular disease

- Have epilepsy or a seizure disorder

- Have a respiratory condition (including asthma or COPD)

- Have been diagnosed with a psychiatric condition, including PTSD, anxiety disorders, or psychosis

- Are currently taking medication that affects your cardiovascular or nervous system

- Have recently had surgery

Breathwork practices can produce altered physical and emotional states, including tingling, lightheadedness, emotional release, or temporary changes in breathing patterns. This is normal; however, if you experience distress, chest pain, or prolonged discomfort, stop immediately and seek medical advice.

Do not listen to breathwork or subliminal recordings while driving, operating machinery, or undertaking any activity that requires your full attention.

Results

As with all personal development resources, results vary between individuals. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from use of these products.

Refunds

As with all digital products, audio wellness recordings are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

6b. AI Coaching Tools (Override GPT)

Ali Ramsay Coaching offers Override, a custom AI coaching tool built on OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform, designed to support users in reducing overthinking, overanalysis, and related patterns. By purchasing or using Override, you confirm that you have read and understood the following.

What Override Is

Override is an AI-powered tool trained to offer coaching-style prompts, reflection questions, and reframes to support personal development. It is designed as a self-directed resource to complement your own growth work.

What Override Is Not

Override is not a human coach. It does not provide therapy, counselling, clinical support, or professional advice of any kind. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be treated as personalised professional guidance.

Override is not a substitute for working with a qualified coach, therapist, or mental health professional. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, anxiety, depression, or any mental health difficulties, please seek appropriate professional support.

AI Limitations

As an AI tool, Override may not always produce accurate, complete, or contextually appropriate responses. Ali Ramsay Coaching does not accept liability for any actions taken based on Override’s outputs. You retain full responsibility for your own decisions and wellbeing.

Third-Party Platform

Override is built as a Custom GPT within OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform. To access Override, you will need a ChatGPT account — the free version is sufficient. Your use of Override is therefore also subject to OpenAI’s Terms of Use and ChatGPT’s Privacy Policy, which govern how your data and inputs are processed.

Ali Ramsay Coaching does not control OpenAI’s infrastructure, policies, or any changes to ChatGPT platform availability. In the event that OpenAI discontinues, restricts, or materially changes ChatGPT functionality in a way that affects Override, Ali Ramsay Coaching will not be held liable. Where reasonably possible, we will notify customers and explore alternative access arrangements.

Access

Details of how Override is delivered and accessed are set out at point of purchase. Access terms are as stated on the sales page at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Override is a digital product. Once access has been granted, it is non-refundable.

Appropriate Use

Override is intended for personal development use by adults. It must not be used as a crisis intervention tool or in place of urgent mental health support. If you are in crisis, please contact your GP, call 111, or reach the Samaritans on 116 123.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, videos, PDFs, audio files, worksheets, branding, and course materials — is owned by Ali Ramsay Coaching.

You may not:

any materials without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and keep all coaching conversations confidential except where:

10. Disclaimer

- Payment is not completed

- Terms are violated

You will not be entitled to a refund in these circumstances.
