AI with Ali provides digital products, AI-powered tools, online courses and workshops, a subscription newsletter and membership, and related resources to help ambitious, career-driven women use AI safely and confidently at work.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

We may update or change the website at any time.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through FEA Create, Substack, or approved payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

4. Digital Products, Courses & Workshops

Instant Access

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because they are downloadable and accessible instantly, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Course Access

If you purchase a self-paced course:

·        You receive access for the duration stated on the sales page

·        Sharing login details is not permitted

·        We may revoke access if misuse is detected

4a. Substack Membership (Recurring Subscription)

Some content is offered through a paid Substack membership (monthly or annual), which renews automatically until cancelled.

·        Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Substack's own payment system

·        You can cancel at any time through your Substack account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period already paid for

·        Benefits, pricing, and membership tiers may change from time to time; where they do, we will give reasonable notice

·        Access to any paid-tier benefits ends when your membership ends or is cancelled

AI with Ali offers The Delegator, a prompt-building tool with built-in safety parameters for workplace use, plus a prompt library. By purchasing or using The Delegator, you confirm that you have read and understood the following.

What The Delegator Is

The Delegator is a self-directed tool designed to help you build safer, more effective prompts for use with AI in the workplace, alongside a library of ready-made prompts for common workplace tasks.

What The Delegator Is Not

The Delegator is not a human coach, and does not provide therapy, counselling, clinical support, or legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. It does not diagnose, treat, or guarantee any workplace or personal outcome.

AI Limitations

As with any AI-assisted tool, The Delegator may not always produce accurate, complete, or contextually appropriate output. You are responsible for reviewing and using any output appropriately before relying on it, and Ali Ramsay Coaching does not accept liability for actions taken based on it.

Lifetime Access

Where The Delegator is sold or described as offering "lifetime access", this means access for the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. If we discontinue, replace, or materially change The Delegator, we will aim to give reasonable notice and, where reasonably possible, offer an alternative or equivalent resource. We do not guarantee that any product will be available indefinitely or for the purchaser's lifetime.

Refunds

The Delegator is a digital product. Once access has been granted, it is non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, videos, PDFs, audio files, worksheets, branding, and course materials, is owned by Ali Ramsay Coaching.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, publish, distribute, or sell any materials without written permission. Materials are for personal use only.

We respect your privacy. Where you take part in any paid community, group, or membership space (such as Substack Chat or a Founding Member community), you agree to maintain the confidentiality of that space and the people in it, except where disclosure is required by law or there is risk of harm to yourself or others.

We may share anonymised or voluntary testimonials for marketing purposes.

Results from using our products, tools, or resources vary between individuals. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes such as income, promotions, or personal breakthroughs.
